VONARGO
Turnkey inference appliances, built from datacenter-grade GPU hardware.
Reclaimed HGX-class systems · re-engineered for the desk side · in prototype — 2026
What we do
The GPUs that trained the current generation of AI are leaving the datacenter. vonArgo gives that hardware a second working life — as quiet, self-contained inference machines that plug into an ordinary workstation.
We source decommissioned NVIDIA HGX-class GPU systems with documented provenance, then re-engineer everything around them: power delivery, liquid cooling, and the PCIe fabric that connects four NVLinked data-center GPUs to a single slot in your machine.
How a unit is built
Verified salvage
HGX baseboards and SXM modules from US datacenter decommissions. Documented origin, inspected on arrival.
Re-engineering
54 V power distribution, copper cold plates and a closed liquid loop, PCIe Gen4 switch fabric to the host.
Burn-in & documentation
Every unit will ship after extended load testing, with its own build record and burn-in report.
Advisory
Hardware is half the story. vonArgo also works directly with organizations to redesign knowledge work around trustworthy AI — so people spend less time on meaningless work and more on work that matters.
- AI as infrastructure, not headcount. It removes repetitive work and preserves expertise; people keep making the decisions that matter.
- One workflow at a time. Find a painful process, improve it, measure it, then expand. No transformation theater.
- Measured in capacity, not cuts. Success looks like more output, fewer mistakes, and less burnout — not a smaller team.
Grounded in working systems, not slide decks — we design, build, and run our own local-AI stack end to end. Field notes from that stack: ParlAIment.
